[XFree86] Sync specification for Multiscan JD144C

Hi,

I ran KXConfig(XFree configuration editor in KDE 3.1) and noticed that sync 
specification for my monitor was missing. I, who are the lucky owner of the 
manual for this dead old monitor, gladly gives you the values for inclusion in 
the next release:

        VendorName           "Multiscan"
        ModelName             "JD144C"
        DisplaySize             250 188
        HorizSync               31-40
        VertRefresh             50-90
