[XFree86] XTerm

hello, i am useing XF86-4.3.0, and my terminal background is white. WHITE i say. it 
makes it rather hard to see anything other then black test. I was hopeing that someone 
could tell me how to set the background to black and the text to white. I would be 
most greatful. Zippo
