[XFree86] problems with my X

i have monitor: Royal DH-1564M and Linux Red Hat 9.0 and the graphic mode dont start i type "startx" and the monitor enter in stand by the problem is in /etc/X11/xf86config .... with the HorizSync and the VertRefresh...     cHris
