I have got a toshiba notebook with a radeon mobility m6. Everything works quiete good, but something strange happens with the xfree video driver (and actually also with the framebuffer driver). Sometimes, when switching screen resolution, or from X to console, and also from tty to tty (when using the framebuffer), the screen starts flickering showing many strange horizontal lines. Switching a couple of times from X to tty again solves (temporarely) the problem. This is _very_ annoying. I thing that it's something related to the dotclock frequency, but I'm not so sure. I tryed a lot of different video configurations (resolution/frequency), but the problem is always there. Any ideas? Thank you very much.. p.
