It is in CVS.
It is change number 764, and made it in before the 4.2.99.4 tag
(20 January 2003), so any CVS version which reports
XFree86 Version 4.2.99.5
will include it. If the log file reports
XFree86 Version 4.2.99.4
it probably doesn't include this patch.
