I'm looking at the smi driver code. In regsmi.h,
there is a set of 2D engine commands.

The commands of interest to me are SMI_RIGHT_TO_LEFT
and SMI_LEFT_TO_RIGHT. The SMI_LEFT_TO_RIGHT appears
to be the default on the chip as it doesn't set any
bits and is not called anywhere. SMI_RIGHT_TO_LEFT is
only called in the acceleration code (which if it
works will be way cool - considering this chip is
typically a "poor performer" in general).

Can I implement the SMI_RIGHT_TO_LEFT flag in the
shadow code to make a left/right mirror display? Or
is this implemented without the help of the shadow
buffer?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Rick Jones
