Hi, this is a bug. We should report it to the developers. I put the translation coordinators into CC.
Normally, the pot file is downloadable under the section called "Translation files", like for instance https://translations.xfce.org/projects/p/xfce4-mount-plugin/c/master/raw/po/untitled.pot/ I wonder why all those pot files can't be found in git.
