I think at least I made a minor update to line 26 of this file

Whatever, I wish I could be able to upload the po files which are not
completed yet.
You are now in the translators group and you can update translations
and lock files as you wish. Don't forget to update your Tx profile
(click your username in the top right corner of the page) with your
realname, otherwise the commits won't succeed.
