Dear Arthur and Jonathan:

First, let me take an opportunity to thank you for all the work you've done on XeTeX so far. I appreciated from it a lot.

Second, I never paid anything back to you or to the whole community. I wish to pay back specifically to the XeTeX project and encourage you to proceed.  To do this, I need to know what I can do.  Working hours are, unfortunately, not an option. I could check whether one or two bugs from the bug tracker are still valid, but that's it more or less time-wise. So, I started an open discussion at https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/551801/how-to-support-xetex-development-and-bugfixing-with-donation-of-money-or-hardwar , and I would welcome it if you supply an answer there.  In case of an address to send hardware to, you might consider sending it to this e-mail address. As for donating money, I would consider bitcoins or a similar anonymous electronic currency only if it's very easy to set up: I've never done it so far.

Third, I apologize tremendously for staying anonymous: I use XeTeX (and other TeX resources in general) for my work and am under an NDA: a disclosure of my private data would have potentially detrimental effect on my job. If have to supply a name anywhere, I would most likely ask a friend to do it on my behalf.

Best regards,
