Hello Brian! For TeXLive on Windows I use set XELATEX=c:\devtools\texlive\2018\bin\win32\xelatex.exe --interaction=batchmode --halt-on-error and then %XELATEX% my_source.tex
This is less a XeTeX than a tex distribution issue - MikTeX uses other command line switches than TeXLive. Is there an option to do this? Brian.
