In such cases I do just \fontspec{Arial}\fontsize{44}{60}\selectfont
in the main text. In fact, I never use any specialized package for a
poster, I write 15 or 20 lines of my macros. Only once I wrote a
personal package because I had to create 6 posters that had to look
