I am not really a hero with Windows, but maybe: - Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Software, and remove everything related to TeXLive - Check the directories manually and manually remove any remaining files / directories - Install TeXLive from scratch
Hopefully this will give you a clean system. Backup any personal material you may have put into the texmf tree. Otherwise, maybe you can find a "registry cleaning tool", maybe on SourceForge or similar?
