A week a go I wrote a note to CTAN people saying most of my packages are not maintained/actively developed. This includes bidi and xepersian packages. Unfortunately I gave maintaining bidi/xepersian up after four years of active development. These packages are author maintained but if any one wants to maintain any of them, I am more than happy to let you do so.
