Chadra, I took a look at your log file and you get this:
LaTeX Font Warning: Font shape `EU1/LiberationSerif(0)/m/sl' undefined
(Font) using `EU1/LiberationSerif(0)/m/n' instead on input line 44
But no fontspec error related to Greek, actually the output is positive:

It's pretty much possible I incurred in the LaTeX Font Warning back in
TL 2010's days, that's a minor issue but for certain, no fontspec error.
Zdenek, on the other hand, you do get the fontspec warning on both 2010
& 2011 (I didn't consider 2009 as it's not relevant in my case):

*************************************************
And, what's more, you do have a mess in both (2010 & 2011) pdf's instead
of the expected Greek letters, while I can see them correctly.
Again, the question is: is all this correlated to the breakdown of go-to
function in TeXWorks?
