All the work on xindy part is done by Mehdi Omidali not me. I think he has sent his work to the xindy people so that will be included in xindy. I have got a version of that at http://www.parsilatex.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=82&func=fileinfo&id=11
