Hello again Talal Maybe on this list http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.tex.ctan.announce which I got through CTAN home page, you could spot a recently updated package that is likely to be causing your problems...
But I reckon you need to go back to ye old method: start commenting out things. You can create a minimal file with same preamble; then start commenting packages or lines one by one until you hit the problem. Sorry!
