I have posted an updated version of my tutorial for using XeTeX with OT
features and multilingual documents on my page at
http://scholarsfonts.net. Not a major revision, but fixes some typos,
clarifies some things, and takes account of new versions of fontspec and
bidi.
There's also information about my new book, which might be of interest
to some people here.
Once the dust settles from the release of the book, I'll see if some of
the material in my tutorial can move to our new document wiki.
Meanwhile it's available in its current form.
