I see now the possibilities behind KOMA-Script and memoir. I'll read
the documentation (almost 1000 pages I think) and choose between these
two solutions (the one which is simpler and more customizable).
For now I found a neat solution, in case anyone asked: (just using
titlesec package, which works great with fontspec)
\titleformat{\section}{\fontspec[Color=FF0000]{Anivers
Regular}}{\thesection}{1em}{}
