Yes, if it supports all characters. And you would have to "divide" this font into "sub-font" instances to be able to use the script depending font features. This is not bad, because you would have to use different language environments to use their proper hyphenation etc. rules in any way. And you would have to declare writing direction when it changes from default left-to right.
