Thanks very mush, its work now.
I have another question, how i can change the caption title font and the size
of the font ?
because the caption title in appear English but the numbers appear in Arabic.

This is bidi's bug and thanks for reporting. Before \begin{document} put:
\makeatletter
\...@ifpackageloaded{caption}{\input{caption-xetex-bidi.def}}{}
\makeatother
