Maybe you could use a font like DTL Unico (I don't have it here) that
/does/ include the accent --- or whatever seems to be missing. You can
try to match it with DTL Unico with:
\newfontfamily\substitutefont[Scale=MatchLowercase]{YourSubstFont}
