It might be worth writing to tex-live at tug.org. On this list the
makers of the TeX Live distributions reside. They either should know
themselves or others who can help extend TeX's support for these
languages. No first subscription needed.
The TeX Live team would not be too happy about this. The list
is intended solely for matters concerning the TeX Live distribution
itself, not the components of the distribution. The correct fora
are TeXhax (http://tug.org/mailman/listinfo/texhax) and Comp.Text.TeX
(http://www.ucc.ie/info/TeX/faq.html).
