I am planning to extend bidi package to other TeX engines, namely Knuth TeX, pdftex, and luatex. I like to finish off the support of luatex by the time TL10 and MiKTeX 2.9 are out. I can work on The TeX side of bidi for luatex. Is anyone interested or can help with implementing unicode bidirectional algorithm in lua?
