* Revert Cherrypick fixes for checking profile availabilities
- some regression exists in the 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.9, now reverting the
change of 3.9, then the content of 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.10 is same as
1:8.0-0ubuntu3.8 (LP: #1767784)
