If you mean ones we already have Kconfig options for, then you could drop TBOOT, which in turn drops CRYPTO, which together is about 3k LOC. Turning off XENOPROF would yield another 2k. I assume you've already restricted yourself to just the null scheduler? But that's about it, I think, without actual code (or at least Kconfig) changes.
