The overwhelming majority of failures being test-amd64-i386-* ones, I think the primary suspect is an issue in compat mode handling of dmop. The others are test-amd64-amd64-*-xsm ones, which are - seeing lots of (XEN) avc: denied { dm } for domid=0 target=1 scontext=system_u:system_r:dom0_t tcontext=system_u:system_r:domU_t tclass=hvm in the logs - dmop fallout too as it looks.
