At least that's likely the easiest (and most consistent route). See e.g. the handling of XENMEM_get_vnumainfo for an example. That said, I can't see how the compat handling of XENMEM_access_op is supposed to work (moved there by commit 213fd25109). Afaict this is dead code right now. I'll submit a patch, albeit that's going to be one only compile tested.
