I did:

git log tools/firmware/hvmloader/acpi/acpi2_0.h  | grep \@ | sed s/.*:// | sort 
| uniq
And removed the duplicate entries.

But hadn't done the build.c which has:

shows that the file was moved, and I hadn't taken that into account.
