>From `xl dmesg` (XEN) ACPI Error (tbxfroot-0218): A valid RSDP was not found [20070126] ... (XEN) SMP motherboard not detected. Xen cannot find any ACPI tables, and finds no secondary CPUs. As a knock-on effect, dom0 only gets one. How is your BIOS configured? Does booting Linux natively work? ~Andrew
