Sorry to enter into the conversation at this late stage, but as an Arch user myself I strongly recommend using the official wiki, it's usually accurate and up-to-date. In this case: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xen#Installation_of_Xen_systemd_services Unfortunately I couldn't have been of much help in the matter earlier anyway since 1. I'm developing for Xen on another distro, and 2. I don't rely on any package / system script (I have to build Xen from source).
