Compared with last time there are a few new patches to fix things I noticed while testing and the prerequisites for actually deploying (f/w fix on arndale and git cache) are now addressed. It remains the case that the first 7 patches are OK to go in now and the final one to do the switch should perhaps be scheduled separately.
