Even if a failure, doesn't 2015-08-30 11:04:04 Z executing ssh ... root@172.16.147.136 echo guest debianhvm.guest.osstest: ok ssh: connect to host 172.16.147.136 port 22: Connection refused from our software's perspective indicate a guest that booted up successfully (since otherwise the connection would time out)?
