This series adds parsing of the DT ranges and interrupt-map properties for PCI devices, these contain the MMIOs and IRQs used by children on the bus. This replaces the specific mapping stuff on xgene.
Removed some unnecessary &PAGE_MASK's (patch #4 and a slight change to #6's commit message). I have retained the Reviewed-by on #1. This means everything is acked, and I will apply shortly (the machine I use for committing stuff is currently being upgraded).
