However, I think it is inevitable there will eventually be linux-5.*. By
moving this case to the end of the switch I think it could safely become
linux-* i.e. the default/fallback is to assume a stable kernel.org tree.
Everything else is a special case anyway.

BTW, I can't see a reason why linux-3.0 is a separate case any more...
