Hi, I've noticed that the ARM docs is not present on the built documentation and on the website. The first patch is solving this problem.
The second patch updates the INDEX for each ARM docs. Note that I didn't update INDEX for missing x86 docs. I would be happy if someone does it. We may also want to improve the misc/index.html in order to print directory. Although, I leave it aside for now.
