Hi everyone,

the developer summit schedule is now live at
http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/xen-project-developer-summit/program/schedule

<http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/xen-project-developer-summit/program/schedule>
and speakers should have gotten an acceptance mails. If not, please do let me
know. I did double check whether there are conflicts with

Note that
* a couple of talk submissions will still need to be modified and second
speakers added - this will happen in due course
* the talk lengths like in the past are 25 minutes with 5 minutes Q&A
* some sessions will be 45 minutes with Q&A - in general the sessions which got
highly rated by the PMC are longer
* we tried to find a good balance between sessions in parallel - this used to
be an issue for many of you in the past
* if you want to hold a Bof, drop me a line with the desired slot, the title
(BoF will be prefixed) and a short description - I CC'ed some people which
indicated they wanted to hold a BoF

It appears to me that we should have BoF's about xsplice and PVH
futures/planning.

* On the afternoon of Aug 19th, we are sharing a hackspace with the KVM Forum
* On the evening of Aug 19th, we will have a joint social event between the Xen
Dev summit and the KVM Forum

Developer Meeting
We are planning a developer meeting on the morning of Aug 19th (9:30 to 12:00)
or if you prefer 10:30 to 13:00. Please let me know of

I will know more details in the coming 2 weeks

Best Regards
Lars
