Following the guide for nested virtualization here: http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Nested_Virtualization_in_Xen
It states that one option for display issues is to force "full update mode" in QEMU. How is that done? I can't seem to find any documentation on it, and in the QEMU source, full_update isn't a config option. Does it require a code patch, or is there another way?
