I can't exclude it, and I vaguely recall the same question having been asked a while ago already (with no clear answer). Let's see if Paul has better memory than me ... Nevertheless the recurrence of this problem doesn't suggest this is something that happens just "sometimes", unless there's once again something hardware specific here, and the stickiness of osstest now doesn't allow this to pass. But that doesn't seem very likely to me, or else we'd have the same issue at least every couple of weeks...
