It's true that the SourceForge problems didn't really help to make my
start as wxCode administrator easier. But nevertheless I created the
subdirectory "timepickerctrl" for your component and enabled the SVN
write access for you. You might consider to copy the directory structure
from the wxCode "template" folder.
