I searched the whois database at InterNIC and got the following result: Domain Name: WXCODE.COM Registrar: GODADDY.COM, INC. Whois Server: whois.godaddy.com Referral URL: http://registrar.godaddy.com Name Server: NS63.DOMAINCONTROL.COM Name Server: NS64.DOMAINCONTROL.COM Status: clientDeleteProhibited Status: clientRenewProhibited Status: clientTransferProhibited Status: clientUpdateProhibited Updated Date: 15-jan-2011 Creation Date: 04-apr-2006 Expiration Date: 04-apr-2012 So the domain is still registered. I didn't even know that wxcode.org existed and is pointing to wxcode.sourceforge.net. For me mere forwarding as is would be sufficient. It would require some DNS setup to have wxcode.org as a proper alias. The following SF page explains what has to be done: https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/wiki/Custom%20VHOSTs If you are able to trigger the necessary DNS setup and don't have additional costs, I'd add wxcode.org and www.wxcode.org as VHOSTs to the wxCode project.
