Hi André

I also vote for a single component, like you wrote it is unlikely that somebody 
would want only one out of three sub-components.
I can imagine situations where an application only needs to send automated 
emails and so does not need the POP3 part, but hey: this is a library to build 
GUIs, therefore one can expect an end-user and not an automated service.

Those were my 2 cents, but the call is Francesco's of course!
