Summary: [wxPlotCtrl] SetLogicalFunction Call Requires a Cast

Initial Comment:
I tried to compile the plotctrl project in Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 under
Windows and received the following errors:

..\src\plotctrl.cpp(2518) : error C2664: 'wxDC::SetLogicalFunction' : cannot
convert parameter 1 from 'int' to 'wxRasterOperationMode'
  Conversion to enumeration type requires an explicit cast (static_cast,
C-style cast or function-style cast)
..\src\plotctrl.cpp(2532) : error C2664: 'wxDC::SetLogicalFunction' : cannot
convert parameter 1 from 'int' to 'wxRasterOperationMode'
  Conversion to enumeration type requires an explicit cast (static_cast,
C-style cast or function-style cast)

To correct the errors I added static_cast<wxRasterOperationMode> as shown in
the attached patch.
