I don't see any such issues if you are using the encryption implementation as
an integral part of your product to protect your database against
manipulation from outside your application. It might depend on the kind of
product you have in mind, though. If the purpose of your product is legal,
you're certainly on the safe side. But as said before I'm not a lawyer.
