XSTC now supports the use of a config file to overwrite the default
lexer for an extension. for core functionality there is only one more
thing to do, get colors from a config file. i will still add more
automatic color setup for lexers and a few convenience functions like
removing trailing spaces. no color stuff was added this time, the next
one should bump up to a beta and have more coloring set up automatically.
