no, it doesn't. It just adds a new link 'Browse SVN'.
Once SVN is enabled, Cvs *can* be disabled but that's not mandatory.

Just a note, switching to SVN won't fix SF's server problems, I think
it's just bad luck that they seem to always happen to the cvs server.
well, SVN requires lower resources (except for HD space) AFAIK on server side (since it sends less data on the web)... maybe that SF SVN servers will be more reliable than CVS ones...

I vote no, just because I'm lazy, fear change, and don't want to have
to learn something new. :)  [also I'm not convinced that it's really
so much better or that SF supports it as well]
   If people want it however, I won't complain, too much, at least.
