I have committed some browser-detection changes. Can you try to visit the site again (maybe refreshing the pages in order to be sure that the browser reloads index.php and does not use a cached one) ?

In any case the more I look to the header the more I think it could be improved... if anyone has some idea for a nice message to use to replace the current one (maybe something shorter so to avoid problems with browsers like IE which make it overlap on the other strings...), please let me know.
