At the 9th and 10th of May 2020 our fourth edition of the Natte Neuzen tournament, a loose-mixed (7 vs 7, with 2 or 3 woman on the line) outdoor tournament, will be held in Wageningen! Registration Your registration is completed after filling in this form and when we received 7x the players fee (=350,-) to our bank account with your team name in the description (NL65 RABO 0309 3418 76). The players fee includes: - An awesome ultimate tournament - Lunch at Saturday and Sunday - Diner at Saturday - Breakfast at Sunday - A camping spot, to sleep in your own tents - An awesome party at Saturday evening
Team selection Team registration is open till 25-04-2020 or till the maximum number of available spots are filled. If necessary, we will draw lots for the fully registered teams at 13-02-2020 to determine which teams are in. After this date we will handle a first-pay-first-served procedure. Teams which cannot join the tournament due to our capacity will receive 100% refund within two weeks after their registration and will be placed on a waiting list. Deadlines and protocols Team withdraws before 25-04-2020 receive 50% refunds. Team withdraws after 25-04-2020 don’t receive any refunds. Till 30-04-2020 it is possible to add players to your team by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and deposit 50,- players fee per player to our bank account with your team name in the description (NL65 RABO 0309 3418 76). After this date, each team is allowed to add a maximum of 1 extra player to their team with the same conditions as mentioned above.
