Hi Erik
Can't see what software and version you are running with. Neither do I
know witch WSJT-X 3Y0J was running with. The FOX will only TX 3 your rpt
3 times and then your are forgotten and no matter how many times you are
TX R-xx rpt you'll never get a RR73. WSJT-X/JTDX will respond to a rpt
from the FOX 3 times before your WSJT-X stops TXing. But this is only if
your software is in HOUND Mode.

3Y0J sends my report at 752 Hz, and my first R-17 reply is sent at 752 Hz.
There is no reply from the Fox, and according to the protocol specification
"If a Hound needs to send "R+rpt" more than once, subsequent transmissions
will be moved 300 Hz higher or lower", I continue to send my R-17 report at
452 Hz.
So far so good.
My question is how long can I send my R+rpt for it to provoke a valid "log
QSO" event ? Can a situation arise, whereby my R+rpt report has been
received but was not honored a valid QSO ?
And a unconditional thumbs up for the 3Y0J expedition !
73's Erik
