This menu is for people who want to change the game language. They might not
understand the current one, in particular in case of error, nor understand 2
letter codes.

In that situation, the noun between parenthesizes allows them to select the one
they intend with a minimum of knowledge in English. If they don't even know the
name for their language in English, they can still change the name. But
because, indeed, some may not be printed correctly with the default font, we
use a transliteration that is supported by DejaVu.

There can be only one font instance, so we would have to have by default a font
supporting *all* possible characters in the supported languages. This is a bit
unfeasible, we just allow specifying in the xml file a font for a particular
language.
