Description :
Host a Wormux game, where other players can connect. The port is meant to be 
used on a ponctual basis (used during playing only, no daemon mode).
The port is closed when the max number of players accepted by the server is 
reached. Once the game is started, the main purpose of the server is to relay 
informations from each clients to each others.
